    1. Choose a Well-Lit Area: Ensure the area is well-lit, avoiding overhead lights that create shadows.
    2. Background: Stand against a plain, light-colored wall.
    3. Camera Position: Set the camera on a surface or tripod that is belly button level.
    4. Body Position: Please spread your legs slightly so they are not touching.  Put your arms out at your sides at 90 degrees with your elbows bent at 90 degrees.
    5. Angles Needed: Take 8 photos rotating 45 degrees with each pose.  From the front, then a front quarter turn left, sideways left, back left quarter turn, straight on from the back, then a right back quarter turn, sideways  right, and lastly right front quarter turn.  Please be sure to highlight or take an individual photo of any specific area(s) you would like to discuss during your consultation.
    6. Clothing: Wear minimal clothing such as underwear or a swimsuit that consistently shows the treated areas.

  • Brachioplasty Photo Instructions

    1. Choose a Well-Lit Area: Find a spot with ample lighting, preferably with natural light.
    2. Background: Use a simple, uncluttered background.
    3. Camera Position: Mount the camera on a tripod at shoulder height.
    4. Body Position: Take photos with both your arms at your sides and extend at 90 degrees with elbows bent at 90 degrees.
    5. Angles Needed: Take photos from the front and back with your arms at your sides and extended. Face sideways take a photo with your arms extended and bent at the elbows. Do this from both the right and left side. Please be sure to highlight or take an individual photo of any specific area(s) you would like to discuss during your consultation.
    6. Clothing: Wear just an un-patterned bra or a sleeveless top to clearly show the upper arms.

  • Facial Surgery Photo Instructions

    1. Choose a Well-Lit Area: Take photos in a room with good lighting. Natural light is best, but avoid direct sunlight.
    2. Background: Use a plain, light-colored wall as a background.
    3. Camera Position: Position the camera at eye level. Use a tripod or stand to avoid shaky photos.
    4. Face Position: Please make sure your chin is level and not tilted up or down.
    5. Angles Needed: Take photos from the front, then a quarter turn left, then full turn left, then a quarter turn right, and then full turn right. Please be sure to highlight or take an individual photo of any specific area(s) you would like to discuss during your consultation. When doing quarter turn photos, please turn your whole body and not just your face and neck.
    6. Expression: Keep a neutral expression with eyes looking straight ahead.

  • Breast Surgery Photo Instructions

    1. Choose a Well-Lit Area: Ensure the room is well-lit using natural or soft artificial light.
    2. Background: Stand against a plain background without any patterns or distractions.
    3. Camera Position: Use a tripod or stand to position the camera straight at chest height.
    4. Body Position: Please keep your hands relaxed and at your sides.
    5. Angles Needed: Take photos from the front, then a quarter turn left, then full turn left, then a quarter turn right, and then full turn right. Please be sure to highlight or take an individual photo of any specific area(s) you would like to discuss during your consultation. Please keep your hands relaxed and at your sides.
    6. Clothing: Wear a standard, un-patterned bra or similar modesty garment that can be consistently worn in each photo to accurately show changes.
